METAR wind direction is referenced to true north, and runway headings here are true headings, so the two are compared directly. Painted runway numbers and tower-spoken winds are magnetic — expect a difference of the local declination when comparing to what you hear.
Where a true heading was unavailable, the runway number is used as a magnetic heading and the row is flagged.
Every verdict carries an icon, a word and the number. Calcite's warning and success colors are nearly indistinguishable under protanopia on the dark surface, so color never carries the state on its own, and the numeric table below the runways is the full twin.
